Any exchange, refund, or credit will be issued solely at the discretion of the Event Organizer. PraiseTicket.com acts only as the ticketing platform and does not control refund decisions.

• Canceled events: Contact the Event Organizer directly for refund eligibility and instructions.

• Rescheduled events: Your original ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, reach out to the Organizer for options.

How to Request a refund

1. Log in to My Account → Orders.

2. Locate your ticket and view the Organizer’s contact info.

3. Reach out to them directly—PraiseTicket.com support cannot process refunds.
